My Salon Software @ My Beauty Expo
Recently the My Salon Software Team undertook their latest Expo at the My Beauty Expo at Sandton Convention Centre from the 9th June to 11th June.
My Beauty Expo 2019 was its very first exhibition, taking a comprehensive approach to the professional beauty industry unlike any other platform showcased in SA before. Uplifting, growing and innovating the professional beauty industry continent wide, by connecting trade to business with a sustainable approach beyond 2030 is what the expo aims to achieve.
“My Beauty Expo (MBE) aims at facilitating networking and connecting business opportunities in real time. We will be linking businesses to business in a buyers’ meeting area between serious professionals visiting the expo (who will complete a pre-registration vetting process) and suppliers, importers, exporters, distributors, wholesalers, franchisors, manufacturers, packaging, branding specialists, raw materials agents and many more. We will be placing your company directly in front of your target audience”, explains Tarryn Sacher, Operations Director.
The South African cosmetics industry is worth a staggering R27.3 billion and employs over 60 000 people. The industry has experienced a 4.6% growth rate over the last two years with a surge in sales across the male grooming and colour cosmetics categories. (as mentioned per My Beauty Expo website)
The team had a great time at the Expo, met lots of exciting AND excited people. My Salon Software ran a competition to win a My Salon Online Professional Software for all the participants who signed up for more information during the Expo.
We are proud to announce that Sharon Rae Academy of Beauty won a system valued at R15,000!
